Who is responsible

The data controller is Mantas Bukauskas, founder of Refico, Lithuania. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

Your email address, whether you are an owner, a repair business or a retailer, the item categories you selected, your language, your referral code and who referred you, and the time you gave and confirmed consent.

Why and on what basis

To send you news about the Refico launch and early access, based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

To protect the form from abuse (bot checks and rate limits), based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Your IP address is processed briefly for this and is not stored with your sign-up.

Who processes it for us

Cloudflare (website hosting, database stored in the EU, bot protection) and Brevo (sending emails, EU). Both act under data processing agreements.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or at most 12 months after the Refico launch. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time (unsubscribe link in every email, or write to [email protected]). You can complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
